IP承载网是目前中国移动承载话音业务的基础支撑网络,其链路质量直接影响到中国移动客户对于网络质量满意度以及感知度。对目前中国移动IP承载网的现状进行了介绍,分析了影响IP承载网链路质量的主要原因,提出了五项提升IP承载网传输链路运维管理的优化手段。

IP network has become the foundation support network of voice bussiness in CMCC（China Mobile Communication Corporation） currently.The satisfaction and the feeling of the customer for the QoS of the network belonging to CMCC is directly tied with operation quality of the IP network＇s link.Firstly,this text introduces the present condition of the IP network of CMCC,and analyzed the main cause of its link＇s failure.Secondly,this text puts forward five improvement methods that improve the maintenance management of the IP network＇s transport link.
