摘要
针对城市停车难,传统停车场使用和管理的局限性,提出了一种基于视频检测与车牌自动识别技术的临时停车场自动收费管理系统。该系统具有设置、移动简便,停车管理自动化程度高,可实现不停车自动收费等特点,特别适用于旅游旺季、大型活动等所增设的各种临时停车场的现代化停车管理收费,同时可大大缓解因停车难而造成的停车场附近道路交通拥堵等相关问题。
As the serious parking problem,using and management limitation of the traditional park,this paper presents a temporary park management system for auto-toll collection based on the video detection and license plate recognition technology.This system installs and moves easily,parking management high automatic degree,non-stop toll characteristics.It＇s especially suitable for the modern parking management system which additional temporary park for the tourist season,large-scale activities and so on.And can be greatly ease traffic jam near the park and other related issues caused by parking.
