摘要
采用膜分离技术处理紫金某铜矿含铜酸性矿山废水:原水经"初沉降―纤维束过滤―超滤―两级反渗透浓缩"处理,浓水直接进入"萃取—电积"工段回收铜,产水中和后返回浮选系统使用,从而实现了含铜酸性废水的零排放。实际运行结果表明膜分离工艺的技术可行,经济效益可观,国内首创,实现了循环经济,创造了良好的经济、社会和环境效益。
Membrane separation technology has been used to treat copper-bearing Acid Mine Drainage from Zijinshan Gold Copper Mine: Raw water is treated in the process of "initial settlement ― fibre bundle filtration ― ultrafilitration ― two-stage reverse osmosis" while concentrated water goes directly into "extraction-electrowinning" section for copper recovery,and the produced water returns to flotation system after neutralization,realizing zero discharge of copper-bearing acid mine drainage.The results of actual operation show that the membrane separation technology is feasible in technology and yields substantial economic benefits.The technology is the domestic initiation,realizing recycling economy and producing good economic,social and environmental benefits.
