The status quo of community nursing for senile people with mild cognition dysfunction and its countermeasures

我国老年人轻度认知功能障碍的社区护理工作在法制建设、管理机制、人才队伍、群众认知等方面仍存在较多问题。加强老年人轻度认知功能障碍者社区护理的主要途径有开展社区轻度认知功能障碍健康教育、组织认知训练与体育锻炼、强化老年人心理与社会支持、进行饮食与营养护理等。

There are some questions in community nursing work in aspects of legal system construction,managerial mechanism,talents teams,and cognition of the crowds on senile people with mild cognition dysfunction in China.The main paths to strengthen community nursing care for senile people with mild cognition dysfunction are including carrying out health education for senile people with mild cognition dysfunction in community,organizing cognitive training and physical training,strengthening psychological and social support,and giving diet and nutrition nursing care and so on.
