摘要
文中对船员的心理情感进行了初步分析,提出了船员服务提供者与船员交流时需注意的几个方面,倡导建立人性化的公司与船员的和谐关系。
This article makes a preliminary analysis of the seafarers' psychology and emotion,and highlights some aspects which should be paid attention to in the communication between service suppliers and the seafarers.This paper also proposes to build a harmonious relationship between companies and seafarers.
