摘要
吲唑醌经氢氧化钠催化开环反应、重氮化反应及还原反应制得 1氢吲唑 3羧酸 ,产率达 4 3 % ,该化合物用碘甲烷甲基化制得 1甲基吲唑 3羧酸 ,收率达 90 %。
Indazole3carboxylic acid (Ⅱ) was obtained by the reaction of isatin with sodium by dioxide, and with sodium nitrite, and with diazonium salt, and cyclization, with yield 43%. 1methylindazole3carboxylic acid was prepared by methylation of iodomethane and Ⅱ, with yield 90%.
