在社会经济高速发展的今天,全球都面临着一个严峻的挑战——人口老龄化,它是社会经济发展的必然结果。我国的人口老龄化速度也进入了快速发展时期。在"积极老龄化"(健康、参与和保障)框架下,我国的老年人心理健康问题突出,政府、社会、家庭要积极关注老年人心理健康问题,以提高老年人的生活质量。

Under the development of the society and the economy,the world today is facing a severe challenge─＂Positive ageing＂.It is an inevitable result of the social and economic development.Our population ageing has entered the rapid expansion.In the ＂Positive ageing＂ framework of our elderly people with mental health problems,the government,society,families must actively concern the old＇s mental health,and old people need to strengthen its own health.
