在当前金融危机肆虐、毕业生数量逐年增加、社会整体就业形势严峻的多重背景下,高校毕业生就业难度逐年增大。在分析大学毕业生就业形势的基础上,研究如何指导学生转变择业观念、熟悉国家就业政策、了解社会需求信息、掌握求职技巧,使高校毕业生人尽其才,实现高质量就业,很有现实意义。

The difficulty of college graduates increasing year by year under multiple background of the current financial crisis,the number of graduates increases every year,and grim overall employment situation of society.This paper researchs how to guide students to change their concepts of occupation,familiar with the national employment policy,understand information of the needs of the community,master job search skills based on analyze the employment situation of college graduates,to achieve high quality employment of college graduates,and do best of employment of college students.
