摘要
鉴于目前国内生产厂家对缠绕式垫片的结构参数无统一规定, 生产工艺落后, 质量不稳定以及生产效率低的状况, 经剖析国外密封件公司同类产品并综合国内厂家的经验数据, 确定出垫片原材料的结构参数。简述了缠绕式垫片生产过程中工艺参数的控制原理, 结构和工艺参数对产品质量的影响。采用正交试验方法对结构和工艺参数进行优化, 得出了最佳生产工艺, 据此研制出新的缠绕式垫片成套生产装备。采用这套装备生产的垫片, 结构参数最优, 工艺参数可显示和控制, 尺寸可预置, 实现了缠绕式垫片生产过程的自动化。
In view of the backward production technology and unstable quality and low productive efficiency of gaskets, the structure parameters of raw material are determined by dissecting similar products of several foreign famous sealing component companies and synthesizing empirical data of domestic plants. The controlling principle of process technology parameters is expounded. The influence of the structure and technology parameters on the quality of spiral wound gaskets is investigated. These parameters are optimized with orthogonal test, and optimal production technology is obtained. A complete set of equipment for spiral wound gaskets is developed. By using this set of equipment, gaskets with optimal structure parameters can be produced, and the technology parameters can be displayed and controlled and the gasket size can be set up in advance. Therefore the automatic production of spiral wound gaskets is realized.
