摘要
介绍了我国催化裂化工艺技术及其催化剂在近期的发展状况,重点叙述了渣油催化裂化技术, D C C、 M G G、 M I O、 C P P 等工艺和催化裂化设备技术的发展,以及按需求开发的系列催化剂的特点,表明我国催化裂化技术和催化剂的发展水平已经达到或接近国际水平,在某些技术和产品上还处于国际领先地位,在世界范围内有一定的潜在市场。在探讨开拓国际市场的可能性中指出,发挥专业集团的整体优势,根据不同国家和地区的不同需要,全面考虑,主动参与竞争,才是长久之计。
The recent development of domestic FCC technology and catalyst are introduced. The development of resid FCC and FCC family technologies, such as DCC, MGG, MIO and CPP, and the improvement of FCC equipment as well as the characteristics of the tailor made catalysts are highlighted. It is shown that the FCC technology and catalysts are approached the international advanced level. The possibility of entering international market is discussed.
