摘要
通过对电脱盐装置各操作参数的试验分析,用正交试验法确定提高脱盐率的最好工艺条件为:脱盐温度 125~135 ℃,混合强度 0.04~0.06 M Pa,注水量 20% ~25% ,破乳剂量 65~75μg/g。在此条件下操作,可使原油电脱盐后含盐< 3 m g/ L。
Through analyzing the technical parameters of crude electrostatic desalting and using orthogonal design, the optimum operating conditions were determined. Under the conditions of a desalting temperature of 125~ 135℃, a mixing intensity of 0.04~0.06Mpa, a water injection of 20%~25%, and adding 65~75μg/g emulsion breaker, the salt content in the crude oil after desalting was less than 3mg/L.
