摘要
介绍中原油田石油化工总厂常压蒸馏装置的技术改造情况。改造的主要内容包括更换常压塔塔盘、增加一台加热炉、采用三级电脱盐及改进电精制等。改造后装置的处理能力由 ５００ｋｔ／ａ 提高到了 １ ２００ ｋｔ／ａ，装置的轻质油收率、产品质量及技术水平都有了较大幅度的提高。
Aiming at the problems of the atmospheric distillation unit at Zhongyuan General Petrochemical Works, technical transform was carried out. It included the column plate replacement, adding a heater, using a three stage electrostatic desalting, and improving the caustic treating. The throughput of the unit was increased from 500 kt/a to 1 200 kt/a, and the yield of light oil as well as the quality of the products was improved.
