高职院校辅导员队伍建设探讨——以厦门十所高职院校为研究对象 被引量:1

摘要 作者以厦门十所高职院校辅导员队伍为研究对象,分析客观存在的配备不平衡、职责不清,结构欠合理、业务水平不高、学生信任度低、流动性强等现象,提出准确定位、严格执行准入制,努力改善年龄、性别、地缘、专业、能力、专兼职结构,推进专业化、专家化建设,职业化建设,规范考核评估体系,加强高职院校辅导员队伍建设的措施。
