There are some differences of complimentary objects,content and ways of responding in the intercultural communication between Chinese and English.During this course,it is helpful for us to reduce the pragmatic failure and to communicate each other smoothly if we carefully distinguish the pragmatic differences and to understand the deep cultural differences of Chinese and English compliments.
