摘要
在430~470℃的温度范围内进行了胜利焦化渣油的热反应实验。反应产物通过气相色谱模拟实沸点蒸馏分析,以30℃的馏程范围划分成窄馏分,提出了一级反应动力学模型;求得了反应的表观活化能及频率因子。
Thermal cracking experiments of coking stock from Shengli Refinery were conducted at different temperatures ranged from 430℃ to 470℃.Narrow cuts of reactant and product with boiling point range intervals of 30℃ were determined by gas chromatography simulated distillation.A first order reaction kinetic model was developed.Reaction apparent activation energy and frequency factor were calculated.Results calculated by this model fitted experiment data fairly well.
