摘要
用乳液聚合法合成了具有减阻功能的油溶性高分子——聚甲基丙烯酸十二酯(PLMA);考察了其粘均相对分子质量、质量分数、温度及流态对减阻效率、抗剪切稳定性的影响;通过计算机进行模型估参及回归分析,提出了PLMA减阻效率与其平均相对分子质量、质量分数之间的数学关系式。
A method of synthesizing the oil soluble drag reduction polymer PLMA(poly dodecyl methylacryate)by latex polymerization was presented.The effects of PLMA′s relative molecular mass,content,temperature and flow state on the drag reduction effectiveness and the shear stability were discussed.Mathematical models of drag reduction effectiveness in relation to relative molecular mass and content through recursive analysis by computer were provided.Finally,a further interpretation of the experiment result was given according to the theory of turbulence simulating order structure.
