TO SPEED UP SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE OF ROCR-SOIL DRILLING ENGINEERING AND TO PROPEL THE EXPLORATION AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY FORWARD

本文回顾了河南地矿系统勘察施工业的形成与发展,概述了岩土钻掘工程技术领域的主要进展,指出了存在的突出矛盾和问题,分析了“九五”末和21世纪初勘察施工业面临的形势、机遇和挑战。

The formation and development of exploration and construction industry in Henan geology and mineral resources channels, the main progresses of technical domain of rock-soil drilling engineering have been reviewed and summarized in this paper. The author has indicated the existing outstanding contradictions and problems, and analyzed the exploration and construction industry facing with the situation, opportunity and challenge during the end of Fifth Five-Year Plan to the initial 21st century, and put forward the countermeasure and proposal of developing the exploration and construction industry.
