21世纪初期河南省水文工程环境地质工作展望

PROSPECTS OF HYDROGEOLOGY-ENGINEERING GEOLOGY-ENVIRONMENTAL GEOLOGY WORK IN HENAN PROVINCE IN THE INITIAL 21ST CENTURY

新中国成立以来,我省水文地质、工程地质、环境地质(以下简称“水工环”)工作为国民经济建设和社会发展需要做出了贡献。21世纪水工环地质工作面临新的形势,必须适应社会经济发展的需要,针对全球面临的人口、资源、环境重大问题,立足于地下水资源的可持续开发和地质环境保护两大主题开展工作,既为国家宏观决策和国土资源规划提供依据,又为地方经济和社会发展提供良好服务。

Since the founding of the PRC , the hydrogeology-engineering geology-environ mental geology work in Henan Province has already made the positive contributions for the demands of construction of national economy and social development. In the turn of the centuries, hydrogeology-engineering geology-environmental geology work will be faced with new situations. In the initial 21st century, the hydrogeology-engineering geology-environmental geology work will have to adapt to the demands of social economy development. To counter these major issues of the whole world facing with to the population, resources and environment, we ought to develop the work on the basis of two major subjects of the sustainable exploitation of the groundwater resources and the protection of geologic setting, this way, it can not only furnish the scientific basis for the national macro-policy decision and planning of land resources, but can supply the good service to the local economy and social development as well.
