Today, facing the energy crisis and environment pollution, HEV eased the crisis we met because it concentrated the advantage of both traditional vehicles which have long driving range and EV which is low in emission. The fuel economy and emission performance of HEV were determined by its type and its control strategy. The article introduced a kind of control strategy of Plug-in single axis parallel HEV city bus.
