宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕的临床观察

Clinical observation of treatment with laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy on oviduct infertility

目的探讨宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕的方法及临床效果。方法将2008年1月~2009年1月笔者所在医院收治的输卵管性不孕症的患者78例随机分为观察组39例（宫腹腔镜联合手术）和对照组39例（单纯宫腔镜下插管通液治疗）,对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果术后2个月常规行输卵管通液,两组术后通畅率相比差异有显著性（P〈0.05）,两组术后1年内的宫内妊娠率及异位妊娠率相比差异均有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论宫腹腔镜联合治疗输卵管性不孕具有创伤小、出血少、恢复快、再通率及妊娠率高的优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of oviduct infertility with laparoscopy combined with hysteroslopy.Methods From January 2008 to January 2009 drug-induced oviduct infertility from the patients of 78 cases were randomly divided into trial group 39 cases（palace laparoscopic joint surgery） and the control group received 39（pure liquid treatment）,general intubation in two groups compared the treatment effect.Results After two months underwent hydrotubation liquid,two groups of postoperative patency rate compared with significant difference（P0.05）,two groups of postoperative 1 years intrauterine pregnancy rate and ectopic pregnancy rates were significantly sex than differences（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic combined with oviduct infertility is small trauma,sex with less bleeding and quick recovery,Zaitonglv and the advantage of high pregnancy rates,worth in clinical experiences.
