县级医院护理分配管理制度改革的探讨

摘要 目的为调动护理人员工作的积极性,体现多劳多得的分配原则,打破平均主义、大锅饭的思想。方法护理部根据医院方针,每人每月扣700元工资进行二次分配,按护士班次、工种、出勤天数,按比例进行二次分配。结果通过分配制度的改革,大大提高了护理人员工作的热情,无故请假的人少了,改变了过去护士不愿上夜班、拈轻怕重的思想,科护士长在科室人员紧张的情况下,自己亲自顶班也不愿到护理部要人的好现象。结论护理分配管理制度,值得临床推广。 Objective To improve the nurses' enthusiasm,show the principle of more labor and more benefits and change the thought of equalitarianism.Methods Based on the hospital general rules,nursing department utilizes the deducting staff's salary of every 700 in every month to have the second distribution by nurses' working days,type of work and attendance.Results This reformed rules improve nurses' working enthusiasm,less and less staff asking for leave without no reason.This changes the phenomenon that nurses aren't willing to have night shift and prefer light work to the heavy.The head nurse will help other nurses at the situation of heavy work and not ask more staff.Conclusion The reformed nurses'distribution rules should be generalized.
