摘要 随着蛋白质组学技术的不断发展,在疾病的发生、发展以及预后发挥着重要作用的膜蛋白受到越来越多的关注。然而,细胞质膜蛋白的丰度低、疏水性强和水溶性不好的特点,始终是阻碍着膜蛋白质组学研究取得更大进展的难题。本文对膜蛋白的富集、纯化、增溶以及分离和鉴定方法进行综述。 As proteomics technology unceasing development,people pay more and more attention on the membrane protein which plays a very important role in the occurrence,development and prognosis of various diseases,especially in tumour.However,the analysis of membrane proteins has always been hampered by their hydrophobic properties and relatively low abundance.This review will introduce the latest successful experience about enrichment,purification,solubilization of the membrane protein and subsequent analysed and identified.
