摘要
本文在探讨城市公共活动空间中提出城市空间物态和城市空间文态两个概念．分析了其形成特点和基本的运行规律．目的是为建构21世纪城市设计与实践的理念及城市公共活动的可持续发展框架．
This article puts forward the two ideas which are the physical statement and cultural statement of in a city, then these ideas are fusthes explored in order to construct concefts of urban design and practice in the frame of sustainable development of urban public space in the 21 century.
