摘要
正确地对小区居住环境进行综合质量等级评价，可以更准确地掌握用户的使用要求和意见，为从设计、施工和物业管理上全面提高小区居住环境质量提供依据。本文主要论述如何运用数学方法分析和处理小区居住环境综合质量评价中大量存在的模糊问题以及如何建立相应的等级评价准则和进行等级评判。
Appraising comprehensively the environmental quality of residence district can know well the resident requirements and opinions, perfect the environment of residence district and improve the quality of esidence district in designing, construction and management.
