引气型水泥的试验研究

摘要 试验研究了在425R普通水泥中掺加不同种类引气剂的引气效果,测试了内掺PC-2引气剂和木钙M咸水剂生产的引气型普通水泥的物理性能,并与外掺引气剂的普通水泥进行了对比。结果表明,内、外掺引气剂对水泥都有显著缓凝作用,当水泥胶砂采用常规水灰比0.44时,胶砂流动度大幅度增大,各龄期强度大幅度下降,只有掺入减水剂,降低水灰比为0.32-0.36,保持常规流动度时,试件胶砂强度才可提高,但仍比原水泥标号低一级。并进行了混凝土试验,以比较引气型325普通水泥配制的混凝土和用425R普通水泥外掺相同引气剂和减水剂配制的混凝土的含气量、强度、抗渗性和抗冻性等。结果表明,两者抗渗性和抗冻性相近。 Air entraining effect of 425R OPC with the addition of different types of air entrainers has been investigated.Physical properties of OPC with the internal addition of type PC - 2 air entrainer and type M calcium lignosulfonate water reducer have also been tested. Through the comparison experiments with OPC and the additional blending of air entrainer, it hasbeen found that both internal and additional addition of air entrainers result in marked retardation of the cement pastes, and thatremarkable increase in mortar flow rate and big reduction in the compressive strength at varying age have been seen for themortar with the addition of air entrainer and W/ C at 0. 44. Strength improvement has been found with the combined additionof water reducer and the lowered W/ C at 0. 32 ~ 0. 36 while keeping the flow rate as normal. Comparison concrete tests havealso been conducted regarding the properties, such as air content, strength, permeability resistance and anti - freezing function, of the concretes prepared with 325 air entraining OPC and 425R OPC with the same addition of air entrainer and waterreducer in making the concrete. The experiment results show a similar performance in permeability resistance and anti freezing function for both samples.
