摘要
为了满足社会不同对象对住宅的需求，居住园区的营造要具时代特征，注重综合环境质量，房型设计应满足社会多层次，多样化的需求，本文提出了一些具体设计方法。
In order to meet the meeds of residence of different people, the construction of residential garden district should have the characteristic of the timesand lay stress on comprehensive surrounding quality.The design of the house type should meet the different needs of different levels of the sosiety .This passage puts forward some specific design methods.
