N末端脑型钠尿肽定量检测在小儿充血性心力衰竭诊断中的价值 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨N末端脑型钠尿肽(NT-proBNP)定量检测与小儿充血性心力衰竭严重程度的相关性,并评价其对心力衰竭的诊断价值。方法充血性心力衰竭患儿60例为观察组,健康儿童40例为对照组,测定血清NT-proBNP水平及左心室射血分数、左室舒张末期直径。结果观察组患儿的NT-proBNP水平明显高于对照组,观察组患儿NT-proBNP水平与心功能分级呈正相关;不同病因患儿NT-proBNP水平比较无统计学意义,心肌病组心力衰竭患儿NT-proBNP水平与左心室射血分数呈负相关,与左室舒张末期直径正相关,先天性心脏病组心力衰竭患儿NT-proBNP水平与左室舒张末期直径正相关,与左心室射血分数呈无相关性。结论血清NT-proBNP的定量检测可为心力衰竭的诊断、危险分级、临床治疗及预后评估提供直接的病理生理学依据。
