门冬氨酸钾镁治疗妊娠合并频发室性期前收缩临床研究

Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Potassium-magnesium Aspartate Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions during Pregnancy

目的评价门冬氨酸钾镁治疗妊娠合并频发室性期前收缩的疗效和安全性。方法对69例妊娠合并频发室性期前收缩患者应用门冬氨酸钾镁治疗,采用自身对照法,对用药前后室性期前收缩的变化进行分析,根据疗效判定标准分显效、有效、无效。结果显效49例,有效14例,总有效率91.29%,治疗前后室性期前收缩次数明显减少,差异有统计学意义;心悸、胸闷等症状也得到明显改善,无明显不良反应。结论门冬氨酸钾镁治疗妊娠合并频发室性期前收缩安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluation of potassium-magnesium aspartate treatment of frequent premature ventricular contractions during pregnancy the efficacy and safety.Methods The 69 cases of frequent premature ventricular contractions during pregnancy were treated with potassium-magnesium aspartate,the use of self-control method,the changes of ventricular premature beats before and after treatment were analyzed,according to criteria of sub-markedly effective,effective,ineffective.Results Significant treatment effect,sub-markedly effective in 49 cases,effective in 14 cases,total effective rate 91.29%,Before and after treatment had significantly fewer premature ventricular contractions,There were significant differences,the symptom of palpitation and cardiac dullness decreased obviously,no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Potassium-magnesium aspartate therapy of frequent premature ventricular contractions during pregnancy safe,effective and worthy of clinical application.
