立足实际　防患未然　重视已有建筑物的抗震加固──某住宅抗震加固工程实例探析

本文通过笔者在某住宅小区对五栋砖混结构的6层住宅楼进行抗震加固的实施过程，就设计与施工中遇到的问题进行了探讨，提出解决的办法和见解，并在施工中加以实施和改进，以此作为对预制空心板多层砖混结构住宅楼进行抗震加固的一个小结。

This article approaches the issues met in the design and construction of anti - seismic strengthening in the light of the engineering practice of five buildings with six stories brick - and - concrete composite structure, put forward the settlement methods and opinions which are carried out and improved in the construction then. This is a brief summary anti - seismic strengthening of the buildings with multi - stries prefabricated hollow concrete slab, brick -and-concrete composite structure.
