摘要 1病例简介 患者,男,59岁,因＂突发胸闷、胸痛近2h,黑蒙1次＂于2010-11-20急诊入院。患者于2010-11-20 9：00左右无明显诱因突然出现胸闷、心前区疼痛、大汗淋漓、头晕伴黒朦1次于10：20到我院急诊就诊,心率55次/min,血压112/72mmHg,心电图提示急性下壁、
