建设北京市中央商务区(CBD) 促进北京跨世纪城市中心结构的战略转型

BUILDING THE CBD OF BEIJING TO PROMOTE THE STRATEGIC SHIFT OF CITY CENTER STRUCTURE AT THE TURN OF THE CENTURY

二十世纪之末，北京的市中心仍然在沿袭着几百年以来老商业中心的衣钵，没有一个能够跳出这一老框框的新的市中心来适应城市新发展要求，这对于北京的城市保护和城市发展都将是不利的。本文在研究北京城市及北京ＣＢＤ发展的基础上特此提出北京城市中心结构转型的设想。

The new approach of the shift to restructure the central Beijing is formed based on the study of the city proper and its CBD development since there is no new idea commercially suits to the up-to-date situation,instead the central Beijing has been growing along the old commercial way which be kept unchanged for hundreds of years.
