摘要
用红外吸收碳硫分析仪对测定钢铁、钛合金中碳硫时所用瓷坩埚、助熔剂的种类及数量等影响因素进行试验探讨,提出了再用瓷坩埚可用至四次测定碳两次测定硫,重复性好,准确度高;同时指出测定不同类型金属中碳硫,应采用不同助熔剂来保证测定结果的稳定。
The affecting factors are tested and discussed: the kinds and quantity of porcelain crucible and flux used in determination of carbon and sulphur in iron,steel and titanium alloy with infrared absorption analyzer,concluded that reused porcelain crucible can be used for four times in carbon determination and two in sulphur,with good repeatability and high accuracy;at same tine it is pointed out that different flux should be used in determination to different kind of metal to guarantee stability.
