关于高炉炉前操作和炮泥使用的几点认识

SOME OPINIONS ABOUT BLAST FURNACE OPERATION AND USE OF BLAST MUD

针对目前我国平均高炉出铁次数与国际先进水平相比偏高,吨铁消耗炮泥的数量也偏大的现状,从改进炉前出铁操作和合理选择与使用炮泥两个方面提出了自己的观点。介绍了标准出铁次数、见渣系数和空炉缸操作等与出铁操作相关的概念,对于高炉如何选择炮泥的原则和如何合理地使用炮泥提出了建议。

To the present state of higher average times of taping molten iron from blast furnace and more consumption of blast mud per ton of iron compared with advanced international level,the opinions are presented from two ways： improving blast furnace taping operation and reasonably selecting and using blast mud.It is introduced the relative idea about standard times of taping molten iron,slag observing ratio,empty hearth operation and etc.
