With the rapid developing of our country,the real estate has become the backer property of the national economy.The real estate company must make suitable developmental strategy if it want to a further development.According to the step of EFE matrix,IFE matrix,VRIO analysis model,this paper analyse X company completely and systematically,give the develop direction in future and the concrete measures.
