随着独立学院招生规模的扩大,教师的需求急剧增加。由于独立学院自身的特点,在其新招聘的教师中,青年教师成了主体,他们教学水平的高低直接关系到独立学院今后的可持续生存和发展。本文针对独立学院青年教师的特点,提出了青年教师培训服务供应商的定量选择方法,以期独立学院人力资源管理部门能更加科学地选择培训服务商,提高青年教师培训的效果,提升学院的教育教学质量,从而增强独立学院的核心竞争力。

The demand of teachers is increasing rapidly with the expansion of enrollment by independent colleges.The young teachers among new recruitment become the main part in these colleges for the characteristics of independent colleges.So the teaching level of young teachers relate to the sustainable development of independent colleges.The paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of young teachers in independent colleges.Then it submits the quantitative methods of young teachers＇ training services suppliers.It will help the HRM department to choose training services suppliers more scientifically and improve the training effect,which can improve teaching quality of independent colleges.Besides the core competence of independent colleges will be increased.
