摘要
传统湿法分析过程中采用两段或多段浸出的流程,存在浸出率低的问题。该文研究对国内某厂黄钾铁矾法炼锌所产生的矿渣进行了浸出试验,采用浓硫酸浸出其中的锌,浸出条件为:液固比4∶1,浸出温度160℃,时间6h。最后锌的浸出率达98%以上,达到预期要求,操作更简单,对现实很有指导意义和参考价值。
The traditional wet leaching analysis process generally adopts two or more paragraphs.The low leaching rate is a key problem.The zinc slag smelted by the method of Jarosite France from a factory was chosen as the experiment sample.Concentrated sulfuric acid was used as the only extractant.The leaching conditions were: liquid solid ratio was 4∶1;temperature was 160 ℃;response time was 6h.The leaching rate can be more than 98%,which shows very effective.Furthermore,it can shorten the traditional leaching process.
