中国作为发展中国家的引资大国,FDI解决了相关产业的资金短缺问题,促进了我国经济的快速发展。但外资在近10年的注入也体现了一些不容小视的问题,如外资来源国过于集中,外资渗透领域和地区与我国的经济发展导向相悖,外资企业与内资企业的资源争夺激烈等。从外资的来源结构,进入的投资产业、投资地区、外资的待遇及技术溢出效应等方面可以剖析出外资进入对我国经济发展的负面影响,但可采取相应的解决措施。

As a big foreign capital investment developing country,FDI solves the problem of fund shortage and facilities the quick economic development of China.But the introduction of foreign capital also brings some problems which can not be overlooked.The problems are as follows： the overconcentration of foreign capital origin,incompatibility of foreign capital penetration area and the economic development momentum of China,and resource competition of foreign enterprises and domestic enterprises.The negative impact of foreign capital introduction can be analyzed from the original structure of foreign capital,the investment industry of foreign capital,the investment region,the treatment of foreign capital and the technique export.The countermeasures can also be proposed to address these problems.
