建设和谐校园文化,对增强高校思想政治工作的实效,构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要价值。和谐的校园文化应具有主体的内在协调性、文化的兼容并包性、传统的继承创新性以及载体的高雅教育性的特征。要从校园物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、行为文化四个层面,丰富和谐校园文化建设的内容,并通过完善领导机制、健全建设主体、挖掘载体资源、建立连通体系等有效途径,切实推动高校和谐校园文化的建设和发展。

Building harmonious campus culture has great value to strengthen the practical results of ideological and political work of university and to build socialistic harmonious society.Harmonious campus culture of the university should reflect the characteristic of the intrinsic coordination of the main body,culture inclusion and the succession and innovation of tradition and educational and elegant vector.We should enrich the content of the construction of harmonious campus culture from the four dimensions of the campus material,spiritual,institution and behavior culture and should promote construction and development of harmonious campus culture through improving the leadership mechanism and the main building subject,mining vectors＇ resources,establishing a connected system and other effective ways.
