神经干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤的研究现状 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓损伤的治疗一直是国内外医学界亟待解决难题,有统计数字表明脊髓损伤占全身创伤的0.2%~0.5%,在脊柱骨折中有16%~40%并发脊髓损伤,常遗留严重伤残。近几年发病率呈现逐年增高的趋势。其导致的严重的神经功能障碍和残疾,对家庭和社会造成沉重负担。神经干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤一直是国内外专家研究的热点,本文就神经干细胞在脊髓损伤的修复治疗等方面的研究现况作一简要综述。
