摘要
以油脂的酯交换反应体系的质量变化和油脂的平均相对分子质量计算油脂甲酯化转化率,并以大豆油甲酯化为例加以论证。在油脂、甲醇、催化剂的质量比为100∶30∶0.8,温度65℃,反应时间1.5 h的条件下转化率为96.5%,与其他方法比较,误差在0.5%以内。实验和计算结果表明该法具有可行性,为一种简便、准确的转化率计算方法。
The conversion rate of methyl esterification of fatty oil was calculated by the mass change of the reaction system and the average molecular mass of the fatty oil,and soybean oil methyl ester was demonstrated as example.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: oil-methanol-catalyst(mass ratio) 100∶30∶0.8;temperature 65 ℃,reaction time 1.5 h,and the conversion rate of oil was 96.5 %.Compared with other methods,the error is within 0.5 %.Experimental and settlement results show that the method is feasible,simple and accurate to calculate the conversion rate.
