摘要
本试验选用1 600只86日龄的伊莎婷特蛋鸡,随机分为10个组,每组10个重复,每个重复16只鸡,分别比较日粮中不同小麦用量及添加不同复合酶制剂对育成鸡生产性能的影响。试验共有10个处理,1组为对照组,饲喂玉米日粮。试验2-10组日粮中小麦用量分别为23.3%(2、3、4组),46.6%(5、6、7组)和70%(8、9、10组),同时在这3种小麦水平的日粮中分别添加3种不同的复合酶制剂(复合酶1、酶2、酶3)。结果表明:(1)只日耗料量各组均低于对照组,第3组比对照低2.27%(P〈0.05),达到显著水平。第4-9组分别比对照低4.49%(P〈0.01)、4.35%(P〈0.01)、4.89%(P〈0.01)、3.89%(P〈0.01)、3.09%(P〈0.01),达极显著水平。(2)日增重各组均高于对照组,第7组比对照高13.24%(P〈0.05),达显著水平。第8-10组分别比对照组高29.39%(P〈0.01)、24.54%(P〈0.01)、20.92%(P〈0.01),达极显著水平。(3)耗料增重比第3、7、10组分别比对照组低10.04%(P〈0.05)、10.33%(P〈0.05)、9.76%(P〈0.05),达显著水平。第8组、9组分别比对照组低20.79%(P〈0.01)、14%(P〈0.01),达极显著水平。
1 600 86-day-old Isa Ting special layers were randomly divided into ten groups,each group consisting of 10 replicates of 16 brids.This trial was toinvestigate the effects of different contents of wheat and different enzymes in diets on production performancein growing layers.There were 10 treat ments in this trial.Treat ment 1 was provided corn-base diet.Treatment 2 -10 were provided diets featuring wheat 23.3 %(Group 2,3,4),46.6 %(Group 5,6,7),70 %(Group 8,9,10) respectively,while the three levels of wheat-based diet were added with different enzyme preparations(enzyme 1,enzyme 2,enzyme 3).The results indicate :(1)compared with the control group,the day-feed intake of each experiment group all decreased:Group 3 by 2.27 %(P〈0.05),Group 4-9 by 4.49 %(P〈0.01),4.35 %(P〈0.01),4.89 %(P〈0.01),3.89 %(P〈0.01) and 3.09 %(P〈0.01) respectively.(2) The body weight gain of each experiment group was higher thanthe control group:Group 7 improved by 13.24 %(P〈0.05),Group 8,9 and 10 respectively improved by 29.39 %(P〈0.01),24.54 %(P〈0.01),20.92 %(P〈0.01).(3) Compared to the control,the feed conversion ratio of Group 3,7 and 10 respectively reduced by 10.04 %(P〈0.05),10.33 %(P〈0.05),9.76 %(P〈0.05);Group 8 and 9 respectively reduced by 20.79 %(P〈0.01) and 14 %(P〈0.01),which was remarkably significant.
