一种冷冲模卸料器的设计

Design of a kind of tripper used in die

针对现常用的冷冲模卸料装置(橡胶板、弹簧或冲床床身上的两打料螺杆)的缺陷,设计了一种主要由锥体和碟簧组结构组成的卸料器,利用锥体和碟簧组来调整使用位置和卸料力大小,并传力于模具打料杆,实现下方卸料。

For defects of widely used tripper （rubber plate,spring or two discharge screw in press）,tripper made by cone and the group of disc spring is designed.Location and power of discharge is adjusted by cone and the group of disc spring,to transfer the power on mold stripping pole and achieve below discharge.
