摘要
为了更好地满足圆材校直切断机、高速切断机等设备的使用需求,经过多次设计、试验,采用斜楔式送料夹紧方案设计开发了一种新型的圆材送料器。使用结果表明该送料器不但提高了以往圆材送料机构的送料频率和送料定位精度,还使产品的形状精度得到改善。介绍了该送料器的结构和工作原理,详细描述了其夹紧送料机构和调整机构的设计。
In order to satisfy the using requirements of equipments such as automatic roundwood aligning cutting machine and high-speed cutting machine better,a new roundwood feeder was designed by using wedge institution after many times of design and testing.Compare the old feeder with this new one,the results show that not only feeding frequency and feeding positioning accuracy are improved,product's shape precision is also improved.The principle structure and working principle of the high efficiency and high accuracy roundwood feeder were introduced,the design of clamping feeding structure and adjusting structure was described.
