摘要
通过对叶片缓进磨削夹具的结构、叶片磨削加工中夹具定位及夹紧方式的改进,改善了工件定位、装夹状态,充分利用平面工艺基准进行定位,保证工件在加工过程中不产生位置变化,定位可靠,从而保证工件的加工精度。
Through improving the structure of blade slow into grinding fixture and the way of positioning and clamping in blade grinding process,we improved the location and clamping state of parts.We made full use of process datum plane to position parts,and ensured that parts would not produce the position variation in the machining process and reliable position,so as to ensure parts' machining accuracy.
