摘要
针对应用于航空航天和船舶行业中的半开式离心叶轮,提出了利用UG软件进行半开式离心叶轮计算机辅助设计与制造的方法,包括叶轮造型、刀具路径规划、后置处理以及在UG环境和Vericut两种环境中分别进行刀位源文件和NC程序的仿真,最后通过一个例子验证了方法的正确性。
Semi-open centrifugal impeller is widely used in aerospace and shipping industries,this paper proposes a method to complete CADCAM of semi-open centrifugal impeller by UG software,which includes impeller modeling,tool path planning and post-processing and then to simulate the cutter location source documents and NC programs in UG and Vericut respectively.Finally,an example shows that the method is correct.
