基于任务实例的协同制造资源查找及评价与选择

摘要 针对制造业产业链企业间关联制造任务的多任务性、多目标性和环境多变性等特点,建立了零部件级的外协加工制造任务模型。采用基于实例推理的思想依据制造任务特征相似性结合自适应共振理论网络Ⅱ(ART-2)快速检索到候选企业资源,针对候选企业资源依据历史数据建立基于CTQSE的评价体系,对候选资源运用层次分析法(AHP)进行资源评价,最后通过1个外协加工实例验证了该方法能快速有效地解决协同制造资源的搜索及择优配置问题。 According to the characteristics of the manufacturing task between associated firms in manufacturing industry chain such as multi-task,dynamic environment,and multi-objectives etc,a part-level task model for outsourcing manufacturing is established.In this paper,case-based reasoning which is based on feature similarity of manufacturing task and combined with Adaptive Resonance Theory NetworkⅡ(ART-2)is used to search the candidate enterprise resource quickly.According to the historical data of the candidate enterprise resource,a evaluation system based on CTQSE is established,and the candidate resources with AHP based on the evaluation system is evaluted.Finally,an outsourcing manufacturing case study is employed for the rapidity,validity collaborative manufacturing resource search and the preferred configuration issues.
