摘要
在车床上加工工件时,如轴向定位不准确,不但影响工件的加工精度,而且降低刀具的使用寿命。注重分析了产生定位不准的各种原因,有针对性地提出了车床夹具的改进方案,通过比较筛选得出后拉式卡盘方法可靠,必将普及于车床夹具。
The lathing accuracy of pieces is affected because of the incorrect location in axial direction,which can also shorten the lifetime of cutter.This article analyses the factors of the incorrect location,and proposes suitable improved methods.By comparison,rear pulling type of chuck has the advantage for being reliable,which can make it popular in lathe fixtures.
