摘要
采用Lundberg和Palmgren的寿命理论,计算分析了滚珠型弧面凸轮分度机构的疲劳寿命计算公式,借鉴滚动轴承和滚珠丝杠额定载荷的计算方法及经验数据,推导出滚珠型弧面凸轮分度机构的额定载荷计算公式,并采用滚动轴承的国际标准寿命补偿方法对其寿命进行补偿。
The fatigue life formula of globoidal indexing cam with steel ball was calculated by using the life theory of Lundberg and Palmgren.Referencing the calculation methods and empirical data of bearing and ball screw rated load,the rated load formula of globoidal indexing cam with steel ball was deduced.Last using the international standards of bearing life on life compensation to compensate the life of globoidal indexing cam with steel ball.
