摘要
采用长安大学自主研发的大激振力振动成型机成型30cm水稳碎石试件,与普通振动压实机成型的标准圆柱体试件进行压实特性对比分析;同时,结合浙江两龙高速实体工程对大激振力作用下厚层水稳碎石压实特性进行研究.研究发现:在大激振力作用下,厚层水稳碎石最大干密度明显提高,且基层上下部分压实度差异能得到有效控制.在保证最低压实度的前提下,大激振力可以增加碾压厚度.另外发现基层上下水泥剂量差别不大,且含石量分布具有一定的规律.在大激振力作用下水稳碎石连续性好,对阻止基层底部反射裂缝有积极作用.
In this paper,the largely exciting force vibratory roller developed by Chang′an university was used to produce 30cm specimen which compare with the compaction property of the common specimen which produced by standard vibratory compactor.Meanwhile,combined with the compaction characteristics of thick cement stabilized macadam base effected by high exciting vibration force.Research found that in the large excitation force,the thick layer of cement stabilized crushed stone maximum dry density increased significantly,whereas primary difference between the upper and lower part of the degree of compaction can be controlled effectively.In the premise of ensuring a minimum degree of compaction,the large excitation can increase the rolling thickness.The dose of cement found little difference from top to bottom.The distribution of stone volume have a certain regularity.Also the distribution continuity of cement stabilized macadam was fine,which prevented the base reflection positively.
