摘要
采用计算流体力学(CFD)技术,对一台750 t/d的生活垃圾焚烧炉建立模型,模拟炉内的气相燃烧过程,研究了炉内燃烧过程对二恶英控制及SNCR设计的影响。模拟得到的余热锅炉出口平均烟温和烟气组分浓度与设计值符合良好,表明模拟结果合理;焚烧炉烟气燃烧充分,满足二恶英控制的要求;余热锅炉高10~26 m区域满足选择性非催化还原(SNCR)技术的需要。
Numerical simulation of combustion process in a MSW Incinerator of 750 t/d is conducted using Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) method and the effect of combustion process on the control of dioxin and the process of selective non-catalytic reduction is studied.The average temperature and concentration of gas composition at the furnace outlet is in a good consistent with the designed value,which indicates that calculation method is valid.The combustion of flue gas is completed,which could meet the demands on the control of dioxin.The conditions in the region around from 10 meters to 26 meters of the exhaust heat boiler could meet the requirements on the process of selective non-catalytic reduction.
